OUR STORY...SO FAR

Growing up in a large Maltese/Australian family from Melbourne Australia, food - and in particular bread - has always been the binding force and source of much debate around the table at any time of day. The impeccably baked and tasty loaves would be devoured in their entirety, while the not so great ones would end up as food for birds.

Biscotti, Amaretti and all sorts of cakes were staples at every celebration, with the goodies prepared by my grandmothers and mother the most anticipated and treasured of all.
